Hello there! 23M. Just came back from overseas last month. I am going to stay here in Japan for a while but I really have no friends or any people to hang out with so it feels a bit lonely out here (probably weird to admit that). What is the general process of retracting my home address from japan? I would like to transfer my home address from tokyo to a different country (Philippines). I am told by search engines that I should apply for removal of my address in the city hall that i am registered to before flying to the Philippines because if I don't, my taxes, insurances, and pension fee will accumulate and I'll have problems with Japan in the future.
