First Wildfish Tin

Ordered from the latest restock at WildFish cannery. I decided to try the white king belly first.

I enjoyed it and wouldn’t mind having it again, but it’s not my favorite tin. Tasted like ham. Soft, incredibly tender. I ate it with some white rice and some bites with the seaweed. I ended up adding some chipotle Tabasco. I like how it wasn’t covered in oil. The bottom of the can just had a little bit of juice naturally.

Good tin, but not great (to me). :)

Tried Kipper fish

Since I heard it was “bacon fish” I decided to try it with eggs and toast. It was good! This was the King Oscar tin. Not sure if I’d replace it with bacon, but it was good enough. I’d like to try the polar ones.
