Asbestos in pipe lagging?

These are the heating pipes in my basement in Brussels - House built before 1911, not sure when were the pipes installed, but boiler is from the 90s.

Out of pure ignorance we did not do anything and have been living here for two years, the pipes are in our laundry room, and some of them are crumbly, so even though we did not hit, or cut them, definitely some exposure has happened.

Having it tested this week, but out of curiosity as I have not found exactly similar examples of the material on this sub - It looks like a brownish/yellowish clay (White spots on first two pics are paint stains and not part of the interior material (exterior looks like plaster bandages, they were painted over as well)
