As I am almost 40, I had the misfortune to watch this mishmash on TUF Heavyweights, and whoever had any semblance of MMA knew right away that he would have a limited career. Not a knock on a guy if he was normal, as that took a lot of courage, and knocking out CroCop was a huge deal, but he always must add plus one. There is also one guy who added to his record, although the military one, and they are very good buddies...

I had this thing happen for the first time 3 years ago. All of the sudden, my mind went what if you are scared of any sound? It scared the crap out of me as you cant escape any sound and the only thing i could do was think about it with constant feeling of the sense of dread. Somehow that went away, but last week it creeped back in and it is literally taking all of my wake time just thinking about it and feeling dread. I would say it is more fear of fear, if that makes sense, but it is very difficult to deal with. ​Has anyone had that happen? Mind due, i am under the extreme ammount of stress, both bussines and personaly wise, so i am sure that has played a part ​
