What should I read about long enterprise deals that isn't the author's own framework?

I moved from mid-market into enterprise this year and the cycles are more than twice as long as anything I've run before. I've read maybe five sales books since January and I keep bailing around chapter three, right when the acronym shows up. Want something about how a decision actually gets made when six people on the other side have to agree, written by someone who's sat in those rooms.

Doesn't have to be a sales book at all, just not another named framework. Anything come to mind?

How do you fit running into a normal work week without it taking over your life?

Been running about two months. Right now I go whenever I feel like it, which means I skip a lot. Trying to make it an actual routine instead of a mood thing.

For people who've kept it up for years , do you run at a fixed time every day, or just get the miles in whenever? And did it ever stop feeling like something you have to schedule around everything else?
