I'm 35, single, and in Southern California. I deleted the dating apps after one too many conversations that felt like interviewing a witness who had been advised not to cooperate.

I'm warm, curious, and a little introverted until I'm comfortable. I like beach walks when they aren't crowded, farmers markets, road trips, podcasts, dogs I don't own, and making elaborate breakfasts for no reason. I have a career I enjoy and a life I'm proud to have; I'd just like someone good to share it with.

I'm looking for a man around 32-43 who wants a relationship eventually and understands that effort is attractive. Humor matters. Kindness matters more. Being able to choose a restaurant without saying "whatever you want" twelve times would also be nice.
