Finding an employment lawyer in Maryland

Is there a more time-efficient way than calling individual law firms in my state to find an attorney who might be willing to consider taking my employment law case on a contingency fee basis?

Is it appropriate to confirm there is no conflict of interest and ask to send detailed case intake, a summary, and/or documents for case consideration rather than initially having an intake phone call with each firm?

My case involves employer conduct that triggers my PTSD and is difficult to communicate on phone calls because of that.

90-day deadline approaching

Should I try to contact the company attorney who is listed on the RTS to see whether we can have a tolling agreement and attempt a mediation before I file the case?

I believe it's possible that one person in the company who I complained to might be trying to contain the issues stemming from her influence and decisions (hence what appears to be a pattern of fumbles and incompetently creating new legal issues seemingly to cover up other legal issues). The company attorney might be more level-headed.

Are there any solid, inexpensive LSAT study materials or LSAT prep course fee waivers for aspiring J.D. applicants with financial hardship?

For the GRE (10 years ago), I studied using the annual Kaplan book and took in-person prep classes during the summer covered through my university. I did pretty well on the GRE exam studying that way.

I want to start a structured study regiment for the LSAT soon. I need a high LSAT score to offset my < 3.0 LSAC-calculated uGPA (STEM major).

I unfortunately lost my job and have not found another yet. I am not in a position to afford very much for study materials or LSAT prep courses right now.

Is there an annual study book for the LSAT like there is/was for the GRE?

Are there any resources available through public libraries for studying for the LSAT?

(I know this is a stretch, but I thought I should ask, just in case.) Does anyone know of any LSAT summer prep courses, perhaps offered through a pre-law program or educational access/outreach program, that might possibly allow a non-matriculated student to audit and offer a fee waiver? I’m looking in Baltimore or Montgomery County, MD.

Screening

Within the U.S. biotech job market, is payroll data reporting (such as the info The Work Number provides) typically used as part of the candidate screening process by recruiters before moving a candidate forward in the interviewing process or requesting reference letters?

Is more overall financial aid offered for the full-time program compared to the part-time program at a given school, or does it average out to be about the same?

Does the part-time program always have a lower median LSAT and lower average undergraduate GPA compared to the full-time program at the same law school?

I’m in the process of researching programs.
