Prompt: Should I wait for someone who says they need space?

I made an AI chatbot with attitude… and people keep sharing its replies 😭

So I’ve been experimenting with AI personalities for a while, and I got tired of chatbots that all sound overly polished and robotic.

I wanted something that still gives useful answers… but feels more alive, sarcastic, funny, and weirdly human.

So I built Grumpy AI.

It’s basically an AI assistant that answers with personality:

slightly grumpy

brutally honest

unintentionally motivational sometimes

and occasionally funnier than it should be

Some of the replies genuinely made me laugh while testing it, especially when asking random life questions at 2AM.

Example:

Me:

“Should I text my ex?”

Grumpy AI:

“Absolutely not. Let history remain history. Even your Wi-Fi reconnects with more dignity.”

The funny part is that people started screenshotting the responses and sending them to friends/group chats, which honestly wasn’t even my original plan.

I focused a lot on:

making the responses feel natural

giving it a strong personality without becoming toxic

making the UI feel dark/cinematic instead of generic AI white screens

Still improving a lot of things, but I finally reached the point where it feels fun enough to share publicly.
