Hey all, flowers don’t seem like a good idea because allergies etc.

But my medical centre, from admin staff to Drs have gone above and beyond and even though I say thank you is there some kind of gift I’m allowed to give them?

I guess the first question is if it’s actually allowed. Next is any suggestions ?
