anyone else experience fat infiltrating the umbilicus after hysto?
since a month or so post op ive had little pea-sized nodules in different spots around my belly and right behind my bellybutton, they get inflamed and can hurt pretty badly. i complained enough for a CT (since theyre too small to be hernias and at first they kept disregarding it saying it was from injecting T there even though it kept worsening for a month after I switched to thigh injections 🙄) that found “infiltration of the subcutaneous fat at the infraumbilical anterior body”.
doctor says basically just take NSAIDs to manage and wait a few months for improvement. just wondering if anyone else dealt with this and if anything seemed to help? the only thing ive found that has reduced pain/swelling is a prescription of celebrex but its a bit tough as it seems to be worsening my nausea/acid reflux as a side effect
