Shady Business in Chattanooga
Hi Y'all We recently moved from Hixson to Harrison and the former owner loved their gardening. She was definitely more concerned about beauty year round than any kind of planning lots and lots of non natives, surprise fruit trees, Pachysandra and hostas by the hundreds, rose of sharon, bulbs everywhere..
I find something new in a random place nearly every month. It is all a little overwhelming and I am letting a full year go by before making any changes just so I know what is actually in the chaos garden.
The entire yard is in dappled or full shade most of the year, I am planning for spring planting and want some great natives that I can plant. I also have a nice tract of wooded area that I want to but walking gardens in and would love some suggestions.
