Hey everyone.
Long story short:
The subreddit owners account was compromised leading to crypto scam posts blowing up the subreddit.
The issue was escalated to Reddit admins and ultimately the subreddit owner now has their account back!
So we’re back in business! We’re going to be addressing ways internally to prevent this in the future so that we don’t have to close down the subreddit.
