When I cold start my vehicle it idles around ~1300rpm. If I shift into drive or reverse before it's up to temp, I really have to ride the brake hard to drive slow. If I don't, it will ride around 25km/hr without touching the throttle... Is this normal?
Once the engine is warmer and the rpms drop to normalish range it acts / coasts normal.

Looking for some opinions on where to mount a flag on my house. These are the 2 spots I narrowed it down to but can't decide. I have a 2 position 45 / 90 degree mount, 6' pole and a 3'x5' flag.

2005 V8 with 210,000kms (130,000mi)
-Vehicle is at operating temperature
-My exhaust manifold is cracked and leaks but this sounds like lifters IMO
-The video makes it sound a louder than IRL.
-Also I do not hear the lifters chattering when the hood is closed.
Are my lifters going bad or am I just overreacting?
