Below is a list of the services we offer, brief descriptions of what’s included with each service, and our current prices for each service.

SERVICE: MULTI-STATE CONCEALED LICENSING

Option #1. Multi-State Concealed Licensing (OR+UT) for $150.

This option is by far the most popular option and the one we highly recommend to those needing their licenses. Combining these two licenses together provides Oregon residents with legal coverage to carry concealed in 38 states across the country, including Washington!

Included:

- (1) completed set of FD-258 federal fingerprints

- (1) 2”x2” Passport-quality photo used on you Utah license. All students photos are edited/resized/printed and cutout ready for you at the end of class

- (1) colored copy of your Drivers license, or state issued ID.

- Assistance filling out Utah’s state application

- Upon finishing our class we verify your application for accuracy, get everything organized and even seal it up for you in a pre-addressed manila envelope, so you leave class with your packet that’s ready for postage and shipping at your convenience.

Option #2. Oregon Concealed Handgun License (CHL) for $70

This option is for those who simply wish to become educated and become legal to conceal in the state of Oregon while limiting a lot of “legal grey area” that the state of Oregon has put into place making it easy to get in trouble with your gun. Does not provide coverage in Washington

Option #3. Utah’s Non-Resident Concealed Firearm Permit only for $100

This option is primarily for those who already possess their Oregon CHL, but want the expanded coverage that is offered by Utah’s permit which does provide Oregonians coverage up in Washington.

SERVICE: INTRODUCTORY THROUGH ADVANCED LEVEL RANGE TRAINING AT DOUGLAS RIDGE RIFLE CLUB

- These 2-hours courses are conducted one-on-one so you receive our undivided attention, and we have the ability to custom tailor your class around the unique goals that you are personally hoping to achieve. Whether you’re a beginner, advanced level shooter, or anywhere in the middle - we have a class for you. You can choose any platform you desire: (handgun, carbine, shotgun, or precision long range) $200 per 2-hour lesson.

Students who first attend our concealed license class receive a 30% off discount on their first (3) Private range lessons, reducing the cost to $140 per 2-hour lesson.**

SERVICE: PROFESSIONAL INSPECTION, DETAILING, REPAIRS

- This service includes 100% disassembly of your firearm, a thorough inspection of all parts, a report w/photos of our assessment and inform you of any wear and tear items that may be needed like extractors, springs, etc.) detailed cleaning to the highest standards w/part replacement(s) installed if necessary, properly lubricated, reassembled and function tested. $150-$500+

We provide free estimates, however the cost fluctuates depending on the platform (rifle, pistol, etc.), Repairs and/or parts replacements if necessary, and what condition the gun is in when we receive it.

SERVICE: PROFESSIONAL OPTIC INSTALLATION & ZEROING

- PDX Arsenal offers professional installation of all aftermarket iron sites, handgun optics, and rifle scopes. We focus on the smallest of details including:

• Thread decontamination, proper application of adhesive compounds (type & amount)

• Clean proof marking all optic mounting hardware for easy visual indication if a bolt begins to back out

• Precise torque values applied strictly in accordance to the optic manufacturers specifications recommendations

• micrometer measured iron sight installation and utilization of a top of the line gunsmith sight pushing tool

• Installation of a brand new quality battery (if applicable)

Had a very nice customer come drop me off his P365 X macro and his wife’s P322 rose for a deep cleaning, said they both had ~400-500 rounds through them. He also wanted both optics installed correctly, and a clean 10y zero for both guns. I told him no problem at all…

His P365 X Macro came out amazing. Better than new for sure.

His wife’s P322 rose on the other hand… had such an unbelievable amount of lead that come out of the barrel I am still in shock that she wasn’t running into squib loads. Her target was scattered in keyholes.

Absolute nightmare to remove this much lead fouling from the barrel. 🤯

Are you in/near the downtown portland area and needing your concealed license?

For too long, downtown Portland has been void of any gun shops or concealed carry classes, and my aim is to fix that.

PDX Arsenal has officially teamed up with Oregon Medical & Laser located at 2232 NW Pettygrove St. #100, Portland, OR 97210 to give the people what they want.

As a recent graduate himself, the owner of Oregon Medical & Laser enjoyed our class so much that he offered to open up his business and host a “trial class” last month, which went awesome!

With secure parking and a super comfortable facility, all of our students had a great time. It was such a hit he has decided to take a “leap of faith” by allowing us to use his venue once a month to teach our multi-state concealed license classes at, with the next opportunity being this Saturday, May 16th from 9:00am-2:00pm.
