Boeing previously targeted 1.15 compa avg population

< GET YOUR VOTE IN NOW, DEADLINE IS 12 NOON FRIDAY>

Remember when Boeing actually wanted to pay its engineers better than average?

Back in 2016 the SPEEA population average had 1.12 compa ratio and was targeting 1.15 for the average of the population.

Now when high performing engineers gets close to 1.10, they get told they are overpaid already and given the contractual minimum.

That's NOT how you motivate high performance, lead the industry and retain critical tallent.

We need a 10% immediate GWI across the board to make up for combined effects of salary suppression, inflation (that every other entity has already adjusted for), and a poor contract for the past 10 years. And then continue on with 5% pools that have worked well for many years in the past.

Fix and recognize the early career high performers with low compas with out of sequence (OOS) adjustments, not at the expense of others.

And don't cap the inflation at 3%. Let it consume 100% of the pool if it happens and we all endure it equally.

Then, we can all get on with leading into the future!
