Finished ‘Café Fleur’ by Brickative.
Had loads of fun building this! Arguably one of the best modulars I’ve done. I made a few changes to the original design, most notably changing the ‘bank’ shop to a Jeweler, and removing some color vomit here and there. Highly recommended build!

Scalpers are now pillaging LEGO’s PAB service as well.
So, for many weeks now I’ve been trying to get my hands on 50 1x8 sand green bricks to finally finish my Green Grocer. I’ve joined a stock alert group to get a message whenever they are back in stock. I’ve already missed out on 5 to 6 restocks since the brick became available on PAB 2 months ago. I wondered why that particular brick kept selling out so soon after becoming available..
A quick glance at Bricklink answered my question.
Swathes of resellers now have many hundreds of the 1x8’s in stock selling them for at least 400% profit a brick.
It’s hard having fun hobby’s nowadays.
