I have been trying various things. I feel like the stone at the top could be used for something other than just blocking the guy at the top but don't know what. I have gotten the Transmogrifier into the middle to turn both the dragons but then I get stuck. I have tried to turn the Sailor into crystal to get past but then I can't unturn her after that.

I just need some help with where to even begin or if I have been doing it right where to go from there.

I have consistently been able to get to the right and move that onto the switch, and I know how to stall the lilypad to get off, where I am struggling is how to get the stone to go and hit the button when there is no second lilypad left to push the stone from and the stone starts on the back lily pad.
