Electricians of Cincy, what do you make of Duke's opinion here?

I do not know the technical terms, apologies. But the anchor that is supposed to support my power line on my house has come off. I called Duke, and they said they're not responsible; I need to hire an electrician. They said they're responsible "to the house," and the meter itself, and that's it. I'd say it's not quite safely making it "to the house" but it was also just the phone guy. Should I try to pursue further with management or are they correct?

I am an available math tutor

I see this question on here, often and I thought about getting back into it.

I used to tutor math and run summer school programs at NKU for six years. I can handle basic algebra through calc 3, stats, and even some pchem and biz calc and other peripheral classes.

I don't even really need the money, I just like helping people out. So, no prices.
