…they gave my girlfriend some kind of spiritual awakening. She’s a baker, and when she praises my attempts at food, I get twitter-pated. These cookies are so delicious and decadent. I didn’t have a small enough ice cream scoop for the filling, so they ended up being monstrously big, which I’m perfectly content with.

I tried out the recipe for Apple cobbler cookies that r/letscookie posted and they turned out amazing! Baked about 15 min at 350
