Persistent low grade fever in 6mo

Starting off - I'm not seeking medical advice. I am working with our pediatrician, I just want to see if anyone else has encountered this or has any ideas what's happening.

My LO is 6 months old. Starting 3 weeks ago she had a cold, and a fever. The cough and stuffiness cleared up, but the fever didn't. It was low grade, ranging from 100.2 to 101 on any given night. (Rectal temps)

We took her to the doctor and she had an ear infection. We stayed an antibiotic. Three days later still having fevers. We went back in, still infected. New antibiotic. Three days later still fevers. We went back in. They prescribed a stronger antibiotic. A few days later still fever. They had a pediatric ent look and her ear was clearing up. She was also getting two teeth. They ran respiratory panel and took urine just in case though. They said to finish the antibiotic and lay them know if the fever stayed or came back at all.

I think there were like 2 days with no fever. Those days she went to daycare. Tests all came back clear. Then, fever came back, with a stuffy nose and cough.

We went back in. Ears looked good. They sent us for blood work, a chest xray, ran another respiratory panel, and took urine again. Xray was clean. Urine was clean. Respiratory panel showed enrero/rhino virus (common cold). Blood work showed inflammation markers but that's expected since she's sick. High calcium. They had us keep her home for a few days, no fever Thursday night so she went to daycare Friday.

Fever is back tonight. She was a little extra tired yesterday and today too. We get blood work done again Monday but im starting to get really worried. They've been happy with her weight through all this and though extra fussy sometimes, still smiling and being herself.

Please if anyone has had or heard of anything like this please let me know what the outcome was.
