So like the title says I bought a second hand vehicle and the owner told me that he will change the ownership and i gave him my adhaar card for changing the ownership, Now it has been 6 months and the ownership is still in his name and his whatsapp account is deleted and his phone number is disabled, I didn't know about the procedures when buying a second hand vehicle and I made stupid mistake, When I called police station they scolded me for not knowing the procedures when buying a secondhand vehicle and told me that they cant do anything, Is there anything I could do?, Is there any way I can submit the vehicle to MVD or police so that the liability is out of my hand and I don't care if I lose the vehicle, Thanks
