I swear I saw some where that you can change the length of the gate when "Gate" function is on. When you press a sample when gate is on it plays like a millisecond(?) Of the sample, I thought I saw somewhere you can change the length but I can't remember where I saw it, and I've looked through the manual and Sunwarper's cheatsheet. Am I crazy? Did I make this up? Or is there another gate you can change? Any help is appreciated.

I'd really like to know,

1 How many people cut there own samples?

2 How many people grab samples from places on line, like sample packs and such?

3 If you do use sample packs/individual pre made samples where is your favorite place to grab them?

I hope to hear from a bunch of people, and don't be afraid to elaborate on the topic.

Does anyone know if/how you can change the timing of the step loop? Or is it tied to the current sequence resolution?
