Heart inflammation

Hi everyone, I had a panic attack two days ago causing lots of chest tightness and panic and this chest tightness has lingered two days on. Now it also feels like a lump in my throat/chest feeling. I’m worried that because I take above the recommended dose of mesalazine it may be inflammation of my heart (I take 6g daily of mesalazine and have done so for most of this year on doctors advice). Could it be the anxiety lingering or heart inflammation? I don’t know how to differentiate.

6g of granules daily ?

Hi everyone, I’ve i’ve been taking the Salofalk
Mesalazine granules for twice daily 3 g (one satchet in the morning and one at night) so it totals to 6 g each day for the past six to eight months and it’s the only thing keeping me in remission. Doctor says it’s not ideal to take 6g of the mesalazine daily but I don’t see any harm and I don’t want to progress to biologics if I can stay on mesalazine and it works for me at this high dose. When I decreased the last time to 3G daily I flared up. Will taking this high dose effect me long term ?

Medication and different time zones

Hi guys, I’m from Australia and I was wondering if I travelled overseas into another Timezone how would that affect when I take my medication ? How would I know when I should take my next dose ? I take mesalazine granules two times a day once at night and once in the morning.

Voltaren ?

Hi guys, I think I pinched a nerve or pulled a muscle in my neck this morning as I’m getting a pinching feeling when I move my head/neck in certain directions. Is it okay to use voltaren on my neck with UC? I’ve heard mixed things about using NSAIDS.
