Pixel(1) XL restart loop

Is my pixel 1 dead?

Before this happened. I can still use my phone for around 2 minutes then it freezes then restarts suddenly. I tried safe mode but it still restarts, while restarting the pictures I attached happened. Then it restarts again.

I'm in a Restart Loop. I even shut it down properly but it still restarts.

Is this a battery problem or is the power on button stuck on pressing itself?
