:(

Now that I have relapsed, I can’t help but wonder what the future holds for me. I was IPS 2, Lymphocyte rich; a very favourable subtype, interim pet negative yet it took only 7 months for my cancer to come back. I genuinely feel so devastated. What makes this more hard is seeing my parents suffer because of me. Every time I look at my father, I can tell he either cried or is trying not to cry. I more saddened by their state of helplessness seeing their daughter suffer than I am with having to fight again despite the future seeming more blurry now than ever. I won’t lie, I didn’t think much of relapsing maybe thats why its so shocking for me.
Those who have gone through ASCT, can you please give me hope 😞

Brain absolutely messed up

Hello everyone, long time no see. 🤠

My treatment ended in February, and ever since finishing chemo I've noticed something that's becoming more pronounced than it ever was during treatment. I'm talking about brain fog... or at least I think that's what it is.

It's genuinely reached a point where I struggle to hold normal conversations. My mind goes completely blank, and I find nyself searching for words, trying to gather my thoughts, and struggling to form coherent sentences. It's incredibly frustrating because I never imagined something like this would become a problem for me.

I'm not sure whether this has anything to do with my treatment. If it does I would've expected symptoms like this to gradually improve over time, not become even more noticeable months after finishing chemo.

Has anyone else experienced something similar after treatment? If so did it get better?
