Rotation Fruit
This Paramecia type Devil Fruit allows the user to do several things beyond simple rotation as such I will divide abilities of this fruit into levels
Level 1
Simple environmental rotation, simply spin things near you even bullets
Simple self rotation, using the power of your fruit you can spin quickly with a blade pointed out
Simple enemy rotation, you may rotate enemies ever so slightly out of your way as to dodge their attacks
Level 2
Greater environmental rotation, spin mass amounts of Water capsizing ships
Precision environmental rotation, rotate the water underneath your feet to walk on water
Greater enemy rotation touch a weaker enemy and send them spinning
Level 3 - Haki
Greater self rotation cover yourself in armament Haki and become a beyblade
Precision Enemy Rotation, use observation Haki and ever so slightly rotate enemies, yourself, and the air around you to become practically untouchable
Extreme precision environmental rotation, rotate air around (and under) you to fly
Level 4
Rotate two huge amounts of water in opposite directions to split ships in half
Rotate the back and front end of ships to split them in half
Rotate your spine and ligaments to throw spinning attacks with bone breaking force
Rotate Air in your palm to make a rasengan
Level 5
Rotate Conquers Haki in your hand as a better rasengan
Rotate massive amounts of the earth underneath (and around) you to break it apart
Rotate Air hard enough to create a Tornado
Non-Combat
Rotate wind to steer ships
Rotate water to prevent capsizing
