Fully dislocated my ankle
Fully dislocated my ankle on January 13, no broken bones and only a scratch on the ligaments.
On April I was already walking with a “normal” pain and was cleared out to start biking on a stationary bike. 2 days later I started having a really strong pain on the side of my foot, side of the heel. Couldn’t walk straight, it was really painful putting my heel on the floor. Still is to this day!
AI said it’s a Peroneal Tendonitis, and because of work I still need to walk and stand up for a couple hours. I still use my knee bike so I don’t really put weight on my foot.
Walking barefoot is way less painful than walking on shoes.
PT told me to stop treatment for now and I went to the doctor. He mentioned a laser treatment which I did 3 times but the pain keeps coming back.
What should I do? Find another PT? Is there any other treatment out there?
