My channel is mainly British Wrestling matches. Has around 11K subs, monetised but earning little at the moment. Has massive potential with more content.

Every time I post an ad for paid editors, I get low quality responses always asking about the money (and nothing but the money), usually from chancers who haven't read the post and haven't a clue about wrestling.

I am looking to hire someone with a set rate card who can make exclusive, quality WWE style longform and shortform content about the wrestlers, the matches, lists, bios, mini documentaries etc, mainly repurposing content on the channel.

Will a channel trailer make any difference?

My channel is mainly womens Indy pro wrestling matches from the past 20 years or so.

It earns enough for a payout every 3 months and it is hard to keep going with it.

Some of the advice to try and keep people longer or to encourage them to sub is a trailer.

Also, what would an editor charge to make one?
