Hello everyone,

I’m a Tufts Dental student looking for someone to sublease my room for the remainder of my lease, as I’ve found housing closer to campus.

Timeline:

Length of Sublease would ideally be from June 1–June 30, 2026 (by 6 PM). This will be a total of 1 month of stay as it finishes the lease term.

Apartment Details:

Park 151
2 bed, 1 bath (725 sq ft) luxury unit in East Cambridge
In-unit washer/dryer
Located directly in front of the Green Line and ~7-minute walk to the Orange Line - Very Well Insulated. With windows closed, you do not hear the Green line much. Very feint, if not, none at all. Come see for yourself.
Easy access to buses since it’s right next to Lechemere Bus Stop (including EZ Ride),
Many restaurants, groceries, Mall, and shopping nearby.
2 stops to North Station/North End (Green Line) and Assembly (Orange Line)
Nearby park along Charles River and just across the bridge from TD Garden

The Luxury building (Park 151) offers:
concierge service, package/mail rooms, study and conference rooms, gym, yoga room, dining space, outdoor patio, sky deck, and a large recreation area (pool tables, golf simulator, TVs, grills, etc.).

Furnishing & Unit Features:

Living room fully furnished (couch, TV, dining table, etc.)
Bedroom includes bed frame, mattress, and light (yours to keep if desired)
Modern kitchen with dishwasher and ample storage
Spacious shared bathroom with designated storage and walk-in shower
Room includes a sliding closet

Roommate:
You’ll be living with one roommate (25, works at Mass General). He is from California, went to UC Berkeley for undergrad, and finished his master at Columbia for Health Administration. He often goes to work in the morning, but sometimes works from home. He’s clean, communicative, and easygoing as he enjoys socializing but also values personal space.

Cost:
Currently I pay ~$2,475/month with utilities, but I priced drop this sublease competitively at an offer of $1450/month (utilities included). Open to negotiation closer to June or at time of visit.
