KCS needs an overhaul

I know this is a basic rant, but It's infuriating that Knox County Schools have the gall to complain about losing some of their funding and attempt to cut positions that actually deal with the children instead of stopping to reevaluate the administration and the ridiculous amount that the superintendent and assistant superintendents get paid.

The hourly employees who deal with the actual children get $15/hr to get hit, spit, peed, and pooped on all while they also receive no vacation days, no breaks, ridiculous scheduling, and negative feedback all day long. But thank the gods for the 2% cost of living increase while the superintendent gets a $10,000 bonus.

And then you toss in articles like the one below and it gets even sillier.
