I’m thinking of starting a small online assessment only practice in retirement. Any tips or recommendations? I’m thinking 4-5 assessments per month for NJ and NY clients, focusing on career counseling and FAA evaluations. I would be private pay. Thanks!

It’s been warming up enough to start playing outside but I find myself getting easily overheated and fatigued. I’m playing in an outdoor tournament at the end of the month and I’m worried about my ability to handle it. Any tips or tricks to staying well hydrated and nourished for the tournament??
