how much are you actually paying for link shortening every month? feels like these tools got expensive fast
went through my subscriptions last week and realized i’m paying $18/mo for bitly. for link shortening. that’s $216/year. when did this become a thing? i remember bitly being free for basically everything. now it’s paywalled past like 10 links a month. curious what other bloggers are using in 2026. switched to anything cheaper that actually works? or is the pricing worth it if you’re doing affiliate links at scale
