In April/May my worker came hours were set to increase from 89.56 to 91.18 starting June 1st 2026. My worker submitted and I approved 45 per pay period but my worker informed me they were only paid a total of the old the old hours. We’re both at a loss as to what to do and cannot call until Monday. Any suggestions as to who we should speak to, if I should call at all or just have her call. Please help.
