Unhappy ROG customer
**ASUS ROG Flow Z13 keeps shutting down mid-use and ASUS support is useless — anyone else?**
So my ROG Flow Z13 has been randomly shutting down with zero warning. No BSOD, no error, no nothing — just instant power off mid-operation. Doesn't matter what I'm doing, it just dies.
Contacted ASUS support expecting some actual help and got absolutely nowhere. For a laptop at this price point, you'd expect at least a competent support team, but apparently not.
This thing wasn't cheap. The whole selling point of the ROG line is supposed to be premium performance and reliability — so why is it randomly switching off like a cheap burner phone?
Anyone else dealt with this? Is there a fix ASUS isn't telling us about? At this point I'm wondering if it's a widespread hardware issue they're just quietly ignoring.
Tired of paying premium prices for premium problems and budget-tier support.
