I want to make a imageboard similar to 4chan, but about memes. it would be called memechan. but i dont know how to create websites and add moderation, and because i dont want people posting innapropiate content, i want to have a good ai moderation (because i dont want to be moderating the website 24/7) can someone tell me what program i can use?

soooo i want to make an imageboard where everyone is anonymous. just like 4chan, bjt with an AI moderation that blocks any kind of explicit or illegal ccontent. how can i do it?
