I’m currently on 20 mg and it’s help tremendously for my anxiety issues but I still have my times where the anxiety is still controlling me . Has bumping to 30 helped? or made the side effects worse ? Or does it not make a difference?
( I do plan on talking to my doctor, just need opinions)

I just started taking the generic version last Monday at 5mg for a week (super sensitive when it comes to taking medication) just started taking 10mg and been having waves of nausea (eating helps for a bit) but what scares me is my heart rate goes up (120-130) every so often . Doesn’t last long . Just didn’t know if it was normal or maybe just my anxiety spiking while getting use to the med ?
