Has anybody sent in a tax refund/rebate to CRA?

I’m talking when you compile all your receipts, invoices, etc & mail them in along with whatever paperwork they have you fill out?

We have been waiting almost a year for our return after mailing everything in, just wondering if this is a normal timeline?
