The flag and seal design style of the 3I is very different from that of the Warsaw Pact OTL, so I really think it should be different.

EDIT: Apparently, it has been updated and that just has evaded me. I still think it shouldn't use the OTL East German emblem, which was drawn up by the Soviet Union.

I only ever hear about instances where the Entente and Reichspakt win OR instances where the Third Int and Moscow Accords win. I know there's no way for a EN-3I or RP-MA victory to happen, but are the scenarios I mentioned in the title possible?

I'm not exactly sure what the definition is. I'm also not sure which dictatorships "Paternal Autocrat" applies to, but that generally makes some more sense to me.
