i have a creator page and it's still unpublished, so i can't 'unpublish' it, which is how every other source is telling me to delete it. i'm trying to get rid of it because patreon said it will merge both of my accounts soon and i don't want that, but i have no clue how to get rid of my unpublished creator page.

should i publish and then unpublish it? would that work?

to what degree were foreigners allowed to wander around in the country, if at all? i've read about foreign trading with japan in this time period, but nothing about foreigners being allowed (or not) to actually walk around freely, like outside major cities or maybe even being allowed to settle down. if a foreigner was spotted in the countryside, just going about their day, would that be allowed or would law enforcement get involved?
