What has happened to Mymaccas rewards?
The rewards these days are awful

The rewards these days are awful
Firstly, I have a hubbl box. Yeah I’m one of the rare ones. I have Kayo (paying $15 a month for 6 months) and Binge (Free for six months through a mymaccas rewards offer). With the hubbl remote I cycle up and down through the channels or can simply select a channel using the keypad. It is 99% like having a Foxtel stb.
I have accsss to all Foxtel channels except for a handful of movies channels. All this for $15 a month. Yet I see people are paying $99 for something similar by subbing to Foxtel. Am I missing something?
It isn’t about empire building for all those with an IP. For some of us it’s about proving quality shelter for others.
The tax changes have been one of the best policy moves in the last couple of decades. Something that can lead to a rebalancing of prosperity.
There will ultimately be benefits for society, greater rates of home ownership, more security for families, more stability therefore for greater amounts of children.
Less household debt, less paid on mortgages, more disposable income for young families. Money that can then be invested into productive activities rather than speculation.
I’ve heard the horror stories on YouTube and in other feeds about lengthy delays in repairs for Chinese EVs and problems with servicing and a litany of problems with new BYDs and MGs for instance. Is there any real world information anyone has to share?
Note: not interested in posts by anyone that has had a new EV for say three months and hasn’t had to service or been in an accident
Out of interest, I had a quick look at the supply of two bedroom units (including apartments) in my local area and neighbouring suburbs
In one neighbouring suburb there are 0 two bedders for rent. In my rather large suburb there are only 8. Usually there would be a minimum of 5 in the neighbouring suburb and around 20-30 in my suburb
Has supply recently tightened?
I’m in the middle suburbs of Melbourne’s east
