Hi. I found a lump on my breast today. My GP doesn't have an appointment so I'll have to go to the out of hours doctor. Can anyone tell me what to expect? Will I need to be referred on somewhere? How long will this take? Trying not to panic but feeling terrified. Thank you.
I'm a heavy coffee drinker and my teeth are very discolored. My dentist only offers at home treatment (trays to wear at night as a whitening option but I've a baby who wakes frequently and I know I'd end up uncomfortable & having to take the trays out.)
Do dentists do whitening as a treatment at the office anymore? Can anyone recommend some lasting whitening options? I've started drinking my coffee with a straw and use whitening toothpaste but I need a reset. Thanks! 🦷
