Do you worry about lack of diversification?
Turned down an entry-level offer to join the company a few years ago as a new grad mostly due to low base salary and lack of support for hybrid work.
Just curious, seems like total compensation becomes pretty competitive with the ESOP bonuses and whatnot, but do you ever worry about being overexposed? What would stop you from losing a huge part of your retirement and your job at the same time if the company were to start going under? Is the company too big to fail?
Just curious as an outsider who has been lurking in this sub for a while.
