I keep seeing a lot of fans say that Nolan cheated on DEBBIE Because they never filed for divorce Well, Nolan is absolutely guilty. Of horrific, emotional abandonment and betrayal. The argument that he cheated doesn’t technically hold up in the shows logic.
Here is why these two points actually contradict With each other when you look at the facts

1. The no divorce argument is nullified by the law
   You cannot divorce, a dead person the moment Cecil and the GDA declared Nolan Grace officially dead DEBBIE became a widow in the eyes of the law that declaration legally dissolves the marriage contract
2. Nolan‘s awareness doesn’t override earth legal law. fans argue that just because nolans alive it still counts as adultery however no one’s personal awareness doesn’t change his legal status on earth he ceases to exist as an earth civilian you cannot commit adultery against a marriage that no legally longer exist on the planet, where it was registered

Bands are trying to use real human legal contracts like divorce to punish Nolan while ignoring completely human legal contracts like death that protects DEBBIE status as a widow he abandoned his family but by every technicality definition, he didn’t cheat

Even though DEBBIE is legally a widow back on earth by Cecil on the GDA and Nolan and andressa marriage and then conceived him

Even though DEBBIE is legally a widow back on earth and you cannot commit adultery if you are dead legally by Cecil and the GDA and how can you get divorced papers to someone who is an alien and went to another planet

If you guys wanna call the relationship between Nolan and andressa in a affair fine, but I feel like you guys are taking a bit too far when you call Oliver a love child, affair child bastard, illegitimate son, etc.

Even though DEBBIE is legally a widow on earth by Cecil and the GDA so why is it so hard to understand that and why does on calling andressa a mistress and Oliver an affair baby the most valid excuse people bring up is that they never filed for divorce but if that’s the case, how come you cannot notice that crucial detail that that does not matter when Cecil legally declared debbie a widow is there a good reason why people keep on saying this regardless as it blatantly on screen

Why do so many people on calling Oliver a love child bastard a affair child affair baby illegitimate son love child even though Nolan and andressa married and then conceived him and DEBBIE is legally a widow back on earth by Cecil and GDA if people watch the show, how come they do not see the simple detail there has to be a good reason why people keep on calling him that cause it makes no sense. Why people are calling him that I just want a good reason guys. I don’t know why it’s so hard not to call him that.

I know it’s a ton of comments on the fandom calling nolan second child an “affair baby “ but if you look at the technical timeline in the series that label actually doesn’t make any sense

Nolan didn’t just have a random hook up he integrated into Thaxa society and became a ruler marrying , according to their local customs before his new son was even born so if Nolan‘s earth marriage was legally dissolved by a death certificate and was formally married under Thaxa laws where his son was born The child is legitimate under local laws where
Obviously, DEBBIE feels a massive betrayal because of this ( which makes sense) but from a purely objective standpoint why do so many comment are still insist on calling the baby a bastard or an affair child.

People who watch the show know that Cecil and the GDA declare Nolan, Grayson, legally dead, making DEBBIE Grayson legally a widow there has to be a reason for constantly saying it like all the time I just want the real reason because it’s been giving me a headache and
I know that the filing for divorce is not enough for that since what’s the point of it when Cecil basically did it for her ( again I have no hard feelings. I just wanna know the reason. )

I see a lot of people had the general idea that Nolan deliberately expected DEBBIE to take care of his son that he had with another wife on another planet even though he had no intention of going back and seeing DEBBIE again the only reason why he made Mark go to Thaxa it’s because he wanted him to help his new family but since the villtmigth arrive soon than expected with Lucan cracking his back Nolan got captured and andressa said that after she dies Nolan would’ve raised Oliver
( like I don’t know I always had this and I’m always generally confused and people say the opposite so I’m just wanna hear your thoughts about this hopefully it makes sense )
