Im dealing with severe anxiety atm, also depression and adhd. My doc has me on 300mg Wellbutrin in the morning and at night: another 300mg Wellbutrin, Lorazepam 2.5mg, Trazodone 150mg and Paliperidone 1.5mg for the next week.

I feel like a zombie. Any advice or words of wisdom or even a commentary very welcome
