This has also been a long debate, and the answer is well, Both.

You see you can't compare them, because they're in a different class, they use different categories of firearms.

Caitlyn uses a sniper rifle and Jinx uses a Pistol.

Between the two categories

Handling a sniper rifle requires a lot of skill, But shooting accurately with a pistol is the hardest.

You can take Jerry Miculek words for it (The Greatest Shooter of All Time)

"The handgun is the most difficult of all firearms to master. With a rifle, the gun helps you. With a pistol, you are entirely on your own"

There's no clear winner unless we see them using each other's weapons. Jinx can't snipe like cait, and Caitlyn can never shoot a Pistol like Jinx.

There isn't a clear winner, they're both the Top of the food chain in their own category.

So this debate is Pointless too, like many others out there.

And before anyone comes in and says Caitlyn has been training since she was a child, i just gotta add that in combat experience Jinx wins, she has shot and killed more people in combat that Caitlyn has seen people with guns. Shooting is easier when the other guy isn't going to kill you.

The debate who wins in a fist fight bare hands has been on for a long time, and people usually just end up saying Vi 100%.

We never get to see a bare hands fist fight between the two.

Before you mention S2E5, when Jinx goes after Vi to ask for her help and Vi chokes her, she doesn't fight back or even resist, she wants Vi's help. And in the tunnel, it's not really a fight, The slap is funny but neither Jinx or Vi are fighting, Vi doesn't punch Jinx hard and Jinx doesn't use shimmer. Neither of them try.

But in S2E3, the only real fight between Jinx and Vi we get to see. Jinx is out of weapons mid-game and Vi still has her gauntlets.

From that point on, it's bare hands Jinx vs Gauntlet Vi.

And if you ask me it's not a 100% win for Vi, she only wins after Cait shoots Jinx's finger off leaving her distracted. Would Vi have won that fight? Yeah probably. Did Jinx beat her up with bare hands when she had her gauntlets? Yeah Jinx does land a lot of big hits just look at the video.

This is why I'd argue that bare hands, no gadgets, bombs or guns, no gauntlets. After Shimmer Jinx can beat Vi in a fistfight.

But i guess the debate has no purpose since they'll never see each other again.

We see in S2E4, Ambessa changes her mind and wants to go back down because she got suspicious at Jinxes blue hair sticking out of the helmet. Then Warwick shows up at stillwater and that doesn't happen.

What if Warwick hadn't come?

We know Ambessa wanted Hex Tech weapons, we see her try making them, failing, being angry thinking the black rose captured all the scientists

Her quote: "how did we fail to secure the scientists"

If she had gone down there, as much as i love and will defend Jinx and her powers, Ambessa would've won that fight, it wouldn't be easy to beat Jinx but she would eventually get her in a head on combat.

I think if that happened, Jinx would be Ambessas Shining Diamond💎

At that point Jinx is the only person in all of Runeterra who is smart enough and has the knowledge to use Hex tech and make weapons, Ambessa will see that after seeing her Hex Tech gun in action.

The biggest flaw in the theory is actually making Jinx work for her, thats impossible

But a deal? I think she'd take it.

Ambessa will find out eventually you can't really threaten someone who wants to die.

so that's where and offer like:

"I'll burn piltover to the ground and give it to you if you make me some guns and I'll leave and never ever return" or "I'll kill all Zaunites" comes it

I think Jinx would take it.

Ambessa would've betrayed Caitlyn, damn she'd conquer piltover as a whole without hesitation just to persuade or force Jinx to make her some weapons.

It's not an Ambessa question, she doesn't give half a flying F... about Caitlyn or Piltover or Zaun, she just wants to beat the Rose

It's a Jinx question and i think she'd do it because she has Isha to protect, and vengeance for Zaunites and other stuff....
