This report never made it to City 17 News, but I send this to warn about the sewers. They are not Safe.

Post Combine Raid Supply confiscation: all supplies listed and shown have been removed from the premises and sent to the proper sites to be dismantled or repurposed.

Context: Located underground in an old world parking structure, nicknamed "The Chop Shop", a rebel group set up this place to assembling and dismantle cars taking from City 17 and rebuilding them for the rebels multiple purposes. After reports of strange noises from local citizens, the base was discovered by metro's infiltration units. The raid was planned and conducted on Friday at 3am, which the five workers who lived in the rebel base were asleep. Of the five suspects who operated the Chop Shop, three have been detained and 2 have been eliminated during the raid. Two Metro Police suffered minor wounds from Rebel traps and a short gunfight between Metro and one of The Chop Shop Workers.

Picture #1: They chose the location due to it being far below the city streets that the noises from dismantling and rebuilding cars was muffled and barely heard. However it seems it was not completely silent as loyal citizens reported the noise.

Picture #2: The vehicles they made served all rebels purposes, the base here is but one link of a long chain Metro and the Combine Soldiers are following.

Picture #3: Even boats are constructed here if the parts are found.

Picture #4: Many attacks and raids on Metro and Combine forces across City 17 have been done on these makeshift bikes, they're small frame makes them easy to navigate the City streets, alleys, backroads and easy to hide anywhere.

Picture #5&6: They also took to building more unusual creations. In picture 6, the word "Shit Wagon" was spray painted on the opposite side.

Picture #7: A Car with a full industrial generator in the back for mobile operations, filled with old world gasoline.

Picture #8,9&10: the most unusual of all the confiscated items: the Heli-Van. A Van transformed into a functioning Helicopter, armed with Laser pointed Missile Launcher and a repurposed Hunter Chopper Primary Gun. The Units Who relocated the items have stated that "It does indeed work.. somehow"

Picture #11: These combine vehicles were deemed missing after raids conducted against Metro forces. Judging from the damage done to the vehicles they attempted to strip the combine armor off the vehicles and repurpose it for their own.

Why is it we get citizens like this when I'm less than an hour off the clock man.

Imma go crazy if this mf has the permits.

Apologies about the quality, this camera is so old and barely even works. Saw the whole thing sitting outside my apartment, but couldn't find the camera until Metro Arrived with Medics. The two on the ground seemed to have been people attempting to loot the bodies and the Van when The Metro Police arrived.

Metro got a call from some Soldier patrols for any available units to head just out of City 17 to assist in removing supplies from a rebel supply depot recently raided. The supplies have been relocated to multiple holding facilities so showing off this stuff should be fine by now.

Pic 2: "Leftovers" from the Raid, they used Hunters for this one and they didn't do a clean job of it.

Pic 3: You got your standard Combine stolen equipment, the usuals.

Pic 4: But now we get weird with it. They had so many Saws, I don't even know for what for.

Pic 5: They raided grandpa's gun cabinet it seems, I don't know if this will even penetrate combine armor.

Pic 6: This is why they called us in, What are the rebels planning with these dude!

Pic 7: Don't even know where they found these relics but these would've been problems.

Pic 8 & 9: Stockpiling so much ammunition and none of it was small time stuff. Glad all this is out of Rebel hands else City 17 would look like City 5.
