Does anyone remember this episode of be here now?

There’s a specific podcast episode where Ramada’s shares a metaphor that’s something like “a tree must be fenced in from the cattle until it grows tall and strong enough to provide them shade” listened to it about 3 years ago and it absolutely blew my mind and haven’t been able to stop thinking about that metaphor since. Does anyone happen to remember the episode?
He doesn’t seem to share the story in any other episodes from what I’m aware of

I’m a new care aid for a client with SMA, what should I know going in?

I’ve been doing tons of research about the condition to prepare to be a full time care aid for a woman I. Her 50s with SMA. I know the basics and I have a medical background but I would love some insight on what it’s truly like to live with the condition.
If you’ve had a caregiver you’ve loved, what made them great?
If you’ve had a caregiver you’ve not liked working with, what behaviours did you notice in them
I really want to do a good job and give the best support possible with patient led care.
Any advice would be awesome.

I’m brand new to support work, what do you wish you knew going in?

Just got a job as a private support aid for a woman with SMA. I’ve never worked in the field before but I’m in school for occupational therapy and thought it would be great experience to have under my belt. (Wanting to go into long term care as an OT)
I’m pretty confident in my skills but am nervous to be such a big part of a vulnerable individuals life.
I’ve been doubting myself a lot, struggling with if I have what it takes.
For context client is full care needs including fully reliant for all personal and hygiene care.
Any advice would be very appreciated.
