Married Couple seeking to Retire in 12-24 months, can you look over our allocation and offer any advice?

My wife and I are looking to retire in the next 12-24 months. We are ages 50/44 and have 2 kids (11/15). My youngest has a heart condition and we are in the US, so health insurance. My wife and I put in around $120,000 per year (Dollar Cost Average). Any adive on how I should focus on where that should be going knowing I am 1-2 years out from retirement. Also, looking over my allocation, any feedback would be much appreciated.
