Do recruiters/hiring managers care how many jobs you've applied to, or does it come down to the application itself?
Hello everyone!
Asking because I recently had a colleague mention not to apply to too many roles even if they're similar when trying to switch positions within the company as it might look odd to the hiring manager. Would love to hear people's thoughts. Thanks!
