Off-leash Dogs
I thought there was a tacit understanding about off-leash hours: If you can't control your dog either verbally or physically and they have been aggressive-you don't unleash them. My dog (who is not aggressive) has been attacked multiple times while he's been leashed and other dogs have not been. Their owners stand there like dipshits yelling while I have had to physically separate them by myself. If you're this person-it's not only rude because you're essentially forcing others to take care of your dog, it's dangerous.
